NEW: These items will be new sealed in original manufacturers packaging.

NSIB: New sealed in retail box

NSDB: New sealed in a damaged box. Box seals will be intact but box will have signs of shelf wear or crush/wear damage.

NOB: New open box item, seal is not intact but packaging within the box is sealed.

PWB:  Preowned with retail box all items accounted for and bagged accordingly.

PNB: Preowned no retail box with all items accounted for and bagged accordingly. Set will be kitted in generic white or brown box.

Refurbished "A" Grade (Excellent):Our highest cosmetic grade with no cosmetic defects. Unit can be considered in “like new” or “open box” condition and may include OEM packaging.

• LCD/Back will be free of scratches
• Case or body will be free of any cracks, dents or scratches
• System is fully tested and functional.

Minor Wear "B" Grade (Good): Fully tested and functional like the Refurbished (A) Grade Excellent condition. This grade may have minor cosmetic blemishes listed below and is discounted accordingly. Any minor scratches & scuffs will be less than 1" long. This is our most common grade.

• Minor scratches & scuffs
• No cracks or dents on device
• Wear on the buttons/Shiny Keys
• Minor screen scratches (not visible when powered on)
• Dead pixels up to 2x
• No icloud/MDM lock
• No LDI (Liquid Damage Indicator)

Scratch & Dent "C" Grade (Fair): Has more minor scratches, scuffs, dents and/or cracks than a unit in Good condition. Fair condition products are discounted accordingly, fully tested and functional.

• Minor chips, dents on case or body
• Stickers/residue present on back or bottom
• Heavy scratches & scuffs (can see when powered on)
• Could have minor screen issues (burn-in, bruising, pixilation, delamination not on main surface)
• No icloud/MDM lock
• No LDI (Liquid Damage Indicator)
