MAKING ORDER ADJUSTMENTS

Order cancellation requests must be made prior to shipment.

Once a tracking number has been generated, a $25 intercept fee will apply for cancellation requests.

For security reasons, we are unable to change shipping addresses for any reason.

For all Free Shipping methods, orders will ship within (2) business days. For expedited shipping methods, orders will ship the next business day if the order is processed before 12:00 p.m. CST.

If the tracking number is non-active please allow (12) hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.

Any delays in transit are the responsibility of the carrier and are not eligible for reimbursement of any shipping fee.
